LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is so far the best methodology to extract the knowledge that you don’t know you have.
 It is a methodology, that everybody loves and I will not explain to you why because you can read the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® book. What I can tell you is there are not two workshops alike.
The reason is very simply you give to the bricks the metaphor you want and while you are constructing a model you don’t care what the others are doing, so you extract from your limbic system the knowledge you don’t know you have.
However, there are steps to follow this is why it is a methodology.
